You may have experienced a trauma or emotional wound that has impacted your life and because of a lifetime of trying to fit into a box, not fitting in at all and through it all feeling invisible, not enough and shamed about whom you are its all messing with your life, your money, your health and your happiness. Your brain is fried and your tired- you overthink, have anxiety, don’t feel confident or secure within yourself and do not feel safe enough to move in the direction of your dreams (not that you take them seriously anyway) your untapped potential ( do I really know enough) and your constant worry and distrust and confusion (am I doing it wrong, is that really the right decision).

Its time to take responsibility for how you choose to live your life. It’s time to trust yourself and become the Feminine Leader you are meant to be, you were born to be. Your children, your family, your community, the world needs everyone of us to help, support and step up

Here is a glimpse of what we will cover in the 6 weeks.

Module 1: EMBODIED connect with your body in a way that you never have before. Learn to tap into the wisdom that comes from within you. Learn to trust YOU and be guided by your intuition while creating space for PAUSE.

Module 2: ENVIRONMENT connect to your sacred space. Learn who you are, rituals and practices for self care that supports your nervous system, aligns with your soul and supports you energetically, physically, emotionally and mentally-its different for everyone. In this module you will create space, clarity and focus.

Module 3: E-MOTION connect to all of your emotions and learn how to ride them like a wave in the ocean. Embracing all feelings and feeling SAFE while navigating even the darkest ones. Learn true self compassion, self acceptance and love. Time to allow and flow without harsh judgment, the relentless inner critic and the constant voices that say “toughen up and pull yourself together.”

Module 4: Manifesting Mindset connect with your mindset, all of your beliefs create patterns in your subconscious including the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Uncover the old paradigm that is running the show and shatter the glass ceiling of fears with the power that is within you.

Module 5: SHADOW connecting to the parts of you that you deny, repress and fear. The parts that you feel shame, embarrassment or humiliation. The parts that you project as bad , unworthy ad unlovable. We are going there to recover these separated and lost parts to integrate them so you can reclaim all parts fo you and feel WHOLE.

Week 6: RELATIONSHIPS; connect to your relationship with SELF. Including trust, boundaries, communication and vulnerability. Using VOICE to be able to speak from the heart to have your needs met with joy, honor and devotion.

BONUS: Sacred MONEY-learn how to connect with yourself in order to attract, manifest and create more money in your life.

Every module will be a LIVE class, with opportunity for interaction and Q and A
Included is a weekly worksheet , support throughout the 6 weeks, weekly meditation and weekly EFT Tapping videos.  All of this will recorded so you will have access even if you cannot attend live. This course is meant to heal while you raise your vibration allowing you to open space to receive and take control of your life.
